I stumbled across your site while looking for some articles about my favorite NBA player of all time – Anthony Mason. You have to know this is the greatest material I have ever read in my life. I love reading about backup quarterbacks (3rd stringers especially), white centers and guys who hit below the Mendoza line for 17 seasons. You really have inspired me. I think you should have a post about Brooks Bollinger’s career in the NFL. Although he was BELOW average the fact that he stuck around as long as he did because of the absurd Jets QB situation in 2005 that gave him some experience in the league is somewhat noteworthy. Also you should do a post on Greg Kite’s flattop and mustache….peace.
I found your website while looking for a picture of Arvydas Sabonis. This site is glorious, and I’m hoping that you will update with a post about Matt Stairs.
In your bio on Mark Lemke you state that Greg Maddux was a part of their 1991 World Series team. Incorrect. He was still a member of the Chicago Cubs. He came to Atlanta in 1993. The pitcher you failed to mention that bolstered that rotation was John Smoltz.
Also stumbled on the site looking up Anthony Mason, really funny stuff in here. However, was surprised when nothing came up in my search for Gheorghe Muresan.
Great articles. Hooray to mediocrity… Please make a write-up about other current mediocre NBA players… Thanks.
